Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses across the UAE.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay.

 

How do I pay?

We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. We never ask for payment in advance.

 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days of confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

 

Will someone confirm my order?

Our fulfilment partner may call or message you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details. Please keep your phone available.

 

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

We do not currently accept change-of-mind returns for working items.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel for free before the order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.
